Once in a while I reach out in search of people to create art with and let out a bit of my creative genius(ya I said it, bite me).

I did a wedding for my good friend Adebayo(POOJA) at the end of last year and the first thing that struck me when I walked into the brides room for the prep activities was how stunning and brown the makeup artist looked. I found myself casting glances her way during the two(2) hours we spent together getting Kemi ready for her big day.
Being professional at work has its requirements so I couldn't gush over her neither did I have time to collect her contact details. Lady luck however smiled on me the next day when I needed a makeup artist for a quick shoot and the makeup artist I contacted asked rather to send a colleague cos she was held up. She sent the colleagues job reel and despite the amazing jobs in the reel, I stayed stuck on the profile picture. Guys it was the makeup artist from yesterday's wedding(what are the odds guys?).

I hurriedly agreed to the backup makeup artist and she got to my house in record time. First thing wifey noted was that she was beautiful and brown and I smiled in the boyish way my friend Udim Effiong does, acknowledging her beauty and telling wifey the craziest story of lady luck having my corner.

We shot Blessing and I opened channels for a collaborative work between us. Good thing is she was not just a pretty face that held me spell bound for a few hours but she modeled professionally and could do a wicked face beat on herself without any outside help.
We agreed on the shoot with no real idea board on my part apart from capturing this chocolaty goodness. I returned from Egypt with a few props and cloths I had not yet used and I just felt Glory was tailor made for this glittering two piece body wear.

The day of the shoot, everyone in my studio kept making side comments about how tall , dark skinned and pretty she looked, comments that got me feeling like a proud parent knowing I finally got my chance to do all the things I had planned to do in my head with a model that can simply be qualified as having the PERFECT SKIN.

Glory was an amazing sport, she knew all the right angles and gave me very little work to do in posing her right. I pushed her to extremes with certain poses because I knew she had it in her to give a lot more and I dropped my camera after the 283rd shot knowing I milked this session for all it was worth.

Dear Glory, we will do this again, again and again. This relationship just started.
